We made it out of Dublin after a couple nights there. I didn't like it too much there but I think Andrew liked it a little more. It's not the cleanest city I've been to to say the least. But it was fun to see and hang out in for a while.
We also made our flight and hotel reservations for Cairo. My mom won't like this part, but our plane doesn't land until 3 in the morning in Cairo. It's the only flight that we could find. But we can have a hired driver take us directly to the hotel - why? because it's super cheap there.
We flew into Brussels last night, got horribly lost and turned a 5 minute walk into a 2 hour hike. We didn't get to our hotel until 11pm and were very unimpressed with the city. We woke up early to check out the city and give it a second chance before our check-out at 11am. We quickly found out that Brussels is very nice. It's definitely underated as far as European cities go.
We took a 3 hour train to Amsterdam and spent the rest of the day walking around. It's definitely interesting here and really nice - probably the most scenic city that we've been to so far.
We haven't been able to upload pictures for a while since the we haven't been able to fit the adaptors while we're in the internet cafes. Hopefully we can soon because we have a lot of good pictures.
We'll be in Amsterdam until Friday then it's off to Berlin and then Prague!
